Refining the story with customer interviews

After the customer interviews, I realized the previously arrived Positioning and Messaging statement misses a few key insights. I’ve analyzed hits and misses below:

What customer interviews confirmed and what the first positioning missed
HitsMisses
“Complex, multi-vendor networks” → Mentioned by all especially Sreekar, Venkatesan, & Ajith (Decathlon)Doesn't explicitly mention ISP SLA monitoring, which was repeatedly called out as critical.
“Fragmented tools” → Customers often compared Linkeye against patchwork of tools like SolarWinds, What’s Up gold, etc.Doesn’t highlight AI-first automation as clearly as customers did (“Agentic AI”, “minion”, “automated RCA”).
“Slow troubleshooting” → Common frustration; all customers emphasized how Linkeye reduced time spent on L1/L2 operations. The phrase “use Linkeye to proactively monitor and resolve” is passive. It talks about the feature but not the benefit.
“Proactively monitor and resolve” → Confirmed by Sreekar, Ajith, Pavan, and Rakesh called this the key value prop.

We were under an impression that “AI Co pilot” might not be the best way to describe Linkeye; however, the early customer interviews say otherwise. “SLA monitoring”, “monitoring multiple ISPs”, “AI troubleshooting”, with the first 2 terms repeated in almost all calls.

However, we again need to take this as a pinch of salt, considering the Early Customer profiles (ECP) are not always our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), and this might change once we cross the Early traction to Growth stage.

Hence, I’m providing 2 options to position Linkeye: 1. Linkeye as a Network Assurance platform — a broader way that includes AI capabilities, unified Network Ops management. 2. Linkeye as an SLA adherence tool — a more niched down approach that talks more about managing multiple ISP, monitoring SLAs.

Two positioning directions

Option 1: Network Assurance Platform

For enterprises and MSPs managing complex multi-vendor networks, Linkeye is an AI-powered network assurance copilot that eliminates manual troubleshooting, scattered dashboards, and slow root cause analysis. Unlike traditional tools like SolarWinds or fragmented NPM solutions, Linkeye provides proactive diagnostics, ISP SLA monitoring, and automated operations in a single platform, enabling network teams to resolve issues faster and save hours of manual work.

Messaging statement

From SLA compliance to RCA, Linkeye helps your team eliminate manual L1 tasks and guess work. Move beyond reactive firefighting to proactive optimization.

Option 2: ISP Accountability Platform

When enterprises and MSPs face challenges with ISP reliability, slow troubleshooting, and overworked L1 teams, they turn to Linkeye — an AI-powered network assurance platform that holds ISPs accountable, speeds up problem resolution, and streamlines daily network operations. Unlike traditional tools such as SolarWinds or SNMP-based systems, Linkeye delivers real-time SLA monitoring, automated root cause analysis, and AI-driven L1 troubleshooting for multi-vendor networks all through a single, unified SaaS platform.
