Zoho OneAuth is a multi-factor authentication (MFA) app developed by Zoho to secure online accounts, including those with Zoho, as well as third-party services. It offers passwordless sign-in, SSO for mobile apps, and various authentication methods like push notifications, QR codes, and biometric authentication
Zoho IAM is the framework team that is responsible for managing Identity & Access of over 100M users of Zoho. Before I joined Zoho’s IAM team as the Technical Content Writer, the team was suffering from outdated support documents, siloed and tribal knowledge due which increased ticket resolution time. Zoho was also growing faster and it’s Sign-in pages wasn’t reflecting that.
Firstly, I revamped the whole Zoho Accounts user education document which in turn reduced the TAT for resolving tickets tremendously. I have built response templates/handbooks for IAM’s support team that helped them find the solution faster.
After that, I revamped the Zoho Sign-in experience, through intensive user experience research. I’m proud to say that even after 5 years, they haven’t changed any of the flow or copy. We released the new sign-in experience when there were close to 70M users and now it’s catering to more than 100M users worldwide.
Next, I got to launch the revamped version of Zoho OneAuth – a true MFA app that provides heightened security to its users. Right from building its first website to preparing release notes, I’ve done everything that’s needed for the GTM launch.
I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for Kaavian's efforts in enhancing user flow and communication for Shopify users, as well as improving the product onboarding process. His dedication to understanding every aspect of the user journey and his commitment to clarity and simplicity have made a profound impact.
With close to 7 years of experience in SaaS marketing, I’ll be your next go-to GTM guy for all your GTM needs.
